Exchange and Return Policy:

At Tashiya Jewellers, we value our customers and strive to ensure that every purchase meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please review our exchange policy below:

Order Cancellation Policy:

If a customer wishes to cancel an order, they must do so before 6 PM on the same day.

If the order confirmation call has been received, the cancellation must be made before the order is dispatched.

Once dispatched, the customer will be required to pay the delivery charges even if they choose not to accept the order.

Exchange Policy

Exchange Eligibility:

Items can only be exchanged if they are received in a damaged condition or have a manufacturing defect.

The exchange request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and tags.

Shipping Costs:

If the issue is due to an error on Tashiya Jeweller's part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product), we will cover the shipping costs for both returning the faulty item and resending the correct one.

If the exchange is due to any other reason (e.g., change of mind, wrong selection by the customer), the customer is responsible for both return and re-delivery shipping costs.

Exchange Process:

Customers should contact our customer service team via phone or email within 48 hours of receiving the parcel to report any issue.

The customer must provide a clear video showing the damaged or defective product as proof.

Once the request is approved, customers must first send back the item for inspection.

The returned item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the proof of purchase.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the exchange accordingly.
